Director of Sales
Full-Time | Cincinnati, OH
As Director of Sales at Hosanna Revival you will lead our efforts to grow our retail and wholesale business with large retailers, boutiques, and Christian conferences. The focus of the role is on fostering new relationships and managing all aspects of new opportunities and existing accounts including lead generation, contract writing, and closing business with those retailers, boutiques and auxiliary sales channels.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent the Hosanna Revival brand and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Work closely with the Founder and the Director of Technology to perfect the sales process
Prospect locally and nationally (includes attending events after hours)
Meet and exceed individual and department revenue targets
Establish and develop positive, lasting relationships with vendors and retailers
Act as the first line of offense for product displays, proposals, pricing, and vendor approval
Regular travel to prospective and current clients
Provide regular feedback from the field to management about customer needs (product design, customer desire, etc.)
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
4+ years experience in some combination of product sales and marketing
Experience navigating complex distribution and retail channels
Ability to focus in on the few things that matter most – creating new opportunities and driving the sales pipeline to close leads
Experience in structuring sales cycles and processes
Equally skilled at closing deals in-person and via phone/email
Fluency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-starter, high energy, inquisitive, outside-the-box thinker
Excited to work in a start up environment that is fast-paced and always growing/changing
Results-oriented, passionate and well networked in retail communities
