A dusty pink and purple sky stretches over a flower-filled mountain meadow on the cover of this beautiful Sugar Hill journal. The Scripture on the front cover reminds us of the gracious sovereignty of God, who knew us and loved us before we were ever born. "Before you were born, I set you apart." (Jeremiah 1:5). The back of the journal says "We need your revival," and we say this from the depths of our hearts. It is as much a battle cry as it is a prayer.
The front page of the journal says, “Date started" and "a word to describe myself.” Flip to the last page, and you will see this same statement reflected. We believe and pray that in the spaces of these pages, the Lord will change you, so that descriptor on your very first page will take a different shape, be molded by Jesus, and become something entirely new. These pages are your novel, your written document of a story with Him—evidence that in your time crying out to Him and seeking his truth, He shows up. God never stops working on us, which is why at the very end of our journals you will find the statement, “To be continued.” We pray that these journals will not only be a space for thoughts and notes, but a place where you can confidently approach God, knowing that he hears and knows your heart. We hope these journals can be records of redemption, capturing God in the biggest and most ordinary moments of life.
This journal was originally hand-painted, then carefully recreated by Hosanna Revival.
This journal was inspired by one of our most-loved Bibles of all time, the Savannah Bible. The beautiful, bold sunflowers are warm, bright, and full of hope. The Scripture on the cover reminds us of God's glorious redemptive purpose to make all things new.
This beautiful journal matches perfectly with our Eden Bible but is also beautiful all on its own. We hope these journals can be records of redemption, capturing God in the biggest and most ordinary moments of life for anyone who receive this journal.
The Mossel Bay Journal is subtle: a hand-drawn protea flower is lightly pressed into cover of this journal. The minimal floral design is paired with Psalm 27:13. Available with either lined or dotted interior, we look forward to the day when this journal is filled with your notes, dreams, and prayers.
We have sold hand-painted journals in our shop for years. Finding a quality, low cost, hardback journal made of material that can hold paint without cracking or chipping has been nearly impossible! Last year we set out to manufacture a high quality, blank journal for creatives like us to work their magic on, and we're so happy to introduce our brand-new Hosanna Blanks — our paintable journal!
Whether you’re an artist looking to buy and design in bulk, or an individual creative making a few journals for friends, we hope that these new journals are just what you’re looking for!
We've partnered with some amazing artists to show you what these journals are capable of, so be sure to scroll through the photos. What beautiful things will you dream up?

The beautiful, pink Juliet roses that cover this journal remind us of Jaipur, India, known as the Pink City due to the predominant color of many of its buildings. The cover features the lyrics to one of the most-loved hymns of all time: "My God, how great Thou art."
