As a member of the Hosanna Revival Shipping Team, you will be part of the final piece of the puzzle in Hosanna Revival’s Operation. Our marketing and design teams work hard to produce our products and market them to our customers, but the process isn’t complete until the Bible, journal, planner, or devotional is packed up and shipped off. That’s the beauty of this role: no product gets to our customers without passing through your hands. That being said, this job is so important and can often make a huge impact on the customer’s perception of not only Hosanna Revival, but also Christ! 

With that in mind, you will be responsible for completing the following tasks with excellence:

• Scan barcodes to verify correct products and quantities of individual customer orders, packaging each with care
• Scan and prepare wholesale orders for large retailers, confirming accuracy against order details
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals
• Evaluate each product before packaging for damages or manufacturing errors visible on the exterior
• Unbox and prep pallets as needed to prepare product for packaging
• Prepare shipping materials such as boxes and packing supplies
• Participate in cycle counts to verify system-tracked inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized ship room, including general upkeep and care of the workspace

As you can see from the tasks listed above, attention to detail in this position is incredibly important to make sure each customer is receiving the correct products in the best condition. It is also important that you are organized and willing to do repetitive tasks. This job does require you to be on your feet most of the day and you should be willing to lift boxes that could potentially weigh up to 40 pounds. 

Other details you may need to know:

• Pay is starting at $14/hr with opportunity for advancement
• Our office is located in Lockland, OH
• Shifts are available within 7:30AM-4PM, Monday through Friday
• Open to part-time or full-time applicants
