Wrong/Damaged item?

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please go to our return portal here, and state wrong or damaged item as your return reason. We will take care of your request!

Did you receive a gift?

If you received a Hosanna Revival intentional tool as a gift, please go to our gift return portal here. We will be happy to assist you!

  • The order is returned within 30 days of receipt* 
Hosanna Revival Holiday Return Policy 

Effective (Order Date: November 20, 2025 - January 9, 2026)

• The order is returned within 45 days of receipt*

Orders may be returned so long as:

• You are located in the United States

  • The order is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging

• The order was not purchased on final sale

*Note: If you do not purchase Free Returns & Order Protection at checkout (U.S. only), all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and we do not refund original shipping costs. Make sure to tape the sides of your package prior to returning the package to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition. If the package arrives empty we cannot issue a refund of the item.
