Account Executive (B2B Sales Team)
We are seeking a motivated and relational professional to join our B2B sales team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in business, sales, or a related field and excel at building strong relationships. The primary focus of this role is to nurture and manage relationships with our B2B customers (bookstores, boutiques, gift shops, and more), fostering their success while driving sales growth.
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative to maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure consistent sales and reorders. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You will be given responsibility from day one that will make an impact on the Hosanna Revival brand and on the Kingdom of God!

You will gain experience in B2B sales, account management, creative promotions, working on a sales team, in-person selling, and utilizing sales software.

You will be measured by Key Performance Indicators like customer retention, customer growth, customer touchpoints, and total revenue generation.

You will work in a sometimes chaotic, always fast-paced, small business environment. You will work hard, learn a ton, and have a blast.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent the Hosanna Revival brand and the gospel of Jesus Christ

Care for and grow the B2B customer accounts entrusted to you

Communicate strategically (email, phone, video) in order to close sales with both current and prospective customers

Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your customers.

Maximize revenue potential for the customers under your care by hitting KPIs.

Help meet and exceed department revenue targets— monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Ideate with marketing team to improve and drive more sales through creative promotions

Streamline the sales process, increase productivity and efficiency on the B2B team

Travel to and attend 3-5 wholesale markets/events each year
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (business, communications, etc)

Strong relationship building skills: confident speaker, empathetic listener, authentic conversationalist.

Ability to recognize needs and proactively address them to better the department

Close attention to detail when working with customer information and important data.

Excellent communication skills— both verbal and written— and comfortable taking calls with customers.

Highly motivated to meet goals, promote our mission, and care for our customers.

TRAVEL: 5%-10% (3-5 weeks of markets and other events out-of-state)
