REQUEST A RETURN

To begin a return request, head here!

If your request meets our requirements, we will be able to process a refund for you. We will process new return requests within 48 hours, and you will be updated via email.

Wrong/Damaged item?

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please email at support@hosannarevival.com
with your order number and a description of the error so we can make this right.

Did you receive a gift?

If you received a Hosanna Revival intentional tool as a gift, please reach out to support@hosannarevival.com and provide the order number and name of purchaser. We will be happy to assist you!

HOSANNA REVIVAL RETURN POLICY

Orders may be returned so long as:

• The order is domestic (we do not accept international returns at this time)

• The order is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging

• The order is returned within 30 days of receipt*

• The order was not purchased on final sale

Note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and we do not refund original shipping costs. Please do not email us to begin a return request—no returns are processed over email. We will refer you to this page to begin a return. If you need to return an item, you’re in the right place!

*Holiday Extension: During the holiday season, our returns policy is extended to 45 days. If you received a gift and would like to return, please order customer support with either the order number or the name of the purchaser. This year's extension begins November 25th, 2024.
