Returns

To begin a return request, please complete the following form. If your request meets our requirements, we will be able to process a refund for you. After we receive your return request, we will email you with instructions and our return address.

Wrong/Damaged item?

If you received a wrong or damaged item, or if your item didn’t arrive after 4 weeks, we will be able to process a return and replacement free of charge (U.S. only). Please send us an email at hello@hosannarevival.com with your order number and a description of the error, and we will help you out! You do not need to fill out the form below.

Changed your mind?

If you have changed your mind about an item and would like to return it, please complete the following form. If your order qualifies as a return, we will email you instructions and a return address. Please note: you will need to pay the return shipping.

Orders may be returned so long as:

a. the order is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging
b. the order is returned within 30 days of receipt
c. the order was not purchased on final sale

Products with gold foil: Gold foiling is made by pressing a delicate gold foil onto a design. Due to its fragility, it may be prone to being scratched and scraped if not treated with care. Please inspect your Bible carefully, and if your gold foil has been damaged in manufacturing, it can be returned, based on the following considerations:
a. the product is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging
b. the damage is reported to support@hosannarevival.com within 3 days of delivery
