Make sure your order qualifies.
Pre-orders†, gift cards, and custom/personalized products†† are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Orders may be returned so long as:
a. the order is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging
b. the order is returned within 15 days of receipt
c. the order was not purchased on final sale
† After the window of pre-order opportunity has closed, the product becomes a standard product, and is subject to our standard return policy as stated above.
†† Because each custom product is made-to-order, painted Bibles and journals are non-refundable in almost all cases. A full refund will be given if the production of the product has not yet begun. Full or partial refunds will be offered at the discretion of Hosanna Revival based on the following considerations:
a. The refund is requested within 15 days of delivery
b. The refund is requested due to an unfixable error made by Hosanna Revival
c. The product can be corrected/touched up and re-sold
d. The product arrived damaged from transit
As with any custom, handmade product, your order is subject to human error. In the unlikely event that the product was incorrectly made with a typo, wrong verse, or omission of one or more of your requests, we ask that you first communicate with our design team to correct and/or rectify any errors. We would love to make it right and get your product back to you as soon as possible.

Any order returned to any other address than the one listed above will incur a rerouting shipping fee subtracted from the refund.
Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
Once a qualified return is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer assumes all costs of shipping the product.
Please note: Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
