Return Policy

Generally, our return policy states that anything undamaged and unopened can be returned and refunded if requested within 30 days of receipt. In this holiday season we have extended the return window to within 45 days of receipt. Orders that have not yet shipped can be edited or canceled by clicking the appropriate links in your order confirmation email.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, or if your item didn’t arrive after 4 weeks, we will be able to process a return and replacement free of charge (U.S. only). Please send us an email at support@hosannarevival.com with your order number and a description of the error, and we will help you out!

If you have changed your mind about an item and would like to return it, please complete the following form. If your order qualifies as a return, we will email you instructions and a return address. Please note: you will need to pay the return shipping.

Shipping Information

Hosanna Revival currently ships all orders from our warehouse located in Cincinnati, OH. Order processing can take up to 48 hours. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us to ensure that your order will be processed as soon as possible.  We cannot always accommodate expedite requests, but we do what we can.  The shipping method you choose at checkout does not expedite order fulfillment; it simply accounts for the time it will take to receive your package once the shipping carrier has the order in their possession. Please keep the processing time in mind if you need your order by a specific date. We do not process orders on holidays or weekends between 5:00 pm on Fridays and 8:00 am on Mondays.

International Shipping

Hosanna Revival is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your shipment is returned to us due to an unpaid customs invoice or incorrect address, shipping costs cannot be refunded. If the package must be shipped again, we will cover one repeat of shipping costs. After the initial repeat shipment, if the order is lost again, we will refund the order cost and the customer will be able to place a new order. Please pay close attention to your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier if your shipment is on hold and awaiting a payment.

Missing Packages / Warranty

Lost/Missing Packages

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:

a. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
b. Reach out to your local Post Office or FedEx
c. Contact our team at support@hosannarevival.com and include your order number

We ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 5 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for the particular package.

Please note: Hosanna Revival is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Hand-Painted Product 12-Month Limited Warranty

Hosanna Revival offers a one year limited warranty to the custom, hand-crafted aspects of the product. If the hand-crafted aspects of the product begin to deteriorate with a year of its existence, Hosanna Revival will touch up the artwork one time for no additional cost.

USPS Media Mail typically arrives within 2 weeks upon shipping, for all expedited orders we would recommend FedEx 2 Day which arrives within 2-3 business days.

We do! Shipments typically arrive 10-14 business days after you place your order, but depending on your country, customs may hold them longer. Some international orders may requires customs fees and/or additional taxes. Hosanna Revival does not set or control these costs.

The pages are durable and many pens will work just fine- these are two of our favorites: our favorite black pens to use are Pilot G2 pens. For color, we love Micron Fine Liners.

Yes! Our stickers are made from a highly durable transparent vinyl with a matte finish. Our stickers are 3 millimeters thick. They will do just fine on the back of your car or on your water bottle.

No; our designs are specific to each translation, so they cannot be switched between translations. However, some are very similar or may be available in another translation at a later time.

Unfortunately, we only sell the Bibles we have on hand, and do not accept send-in Bibles. Without knowing what kind of cover our artist will be working with, we can’t trust and promote the integrity of our product. We have found from experience that most Bibles do not accept paint well. We don’t want to accept an order if we can’t promise that the painted Bible will not chip, wear, or fall apart. We have fine-tuned our processes to make sure that the Bibles we sell will withstand wear and tear and remain beautiful.

When one of our tools is available for Pre-Order, it means that tool is not currently available to ship from our warehouse immediately. We want to give you the chance to buy this tool anyways, so when it arrives in our warehouse, your order will be shipped with no need for you to wait to place your order.
