We work hard to provide incredible customer service and beautiful, intentionally-crafted products to every single one of our customers. We try to be easily accessible so that we can address any questions and concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. Let us know if we can do anything to make the Hosanna Revival experience better!

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

Make sure your order qualifies.

Pre-orders†, gift cards, and custom/personalized products†† are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Orders may be returned so long as:

a. the order is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging
b. the order is returned within 15 days of receipt
c. the order was not purchased on final sale

† After the window of pre-order opportunity has closed, the product becomes a standard product, and is subject to our standard return policy as stated above.

†† Because each custom product is made-to-order, painted Bibles and journals are non-refundable in almost all cases. A full refund will be given if the production of the product has not yet begun. Full or partial refunds will be offered at the discretion of Hosanna Revival based on the following considerations:

a. The refund is requested within 15 days of delivery
b. The refund is requested due to an unfixable error made by Hosanna Revival
c. The product can be corrected/touched up and re-sold
d. The product arrived damaged from transit

As with any custom, handmade product, your order is subject to human error. In the unlikely event that the product was incorrectly made with a typo, wrong verse, or omission of one or more of your requests, we ask that you first communicate with our design team to correct and/or rectify any errors. We would love to make it right and get your product back to you as soon as possible.

Any order returned to any other address than the one listed above will incur a rerouting shipping fee subtracted from the refund.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

Reimbursement

Once a qualified return is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer assumes all costs of shipping the product.

Please note: Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping / Payment / Warranty

Shipping & Fulfillment

Hosanna Revival currently ships all orders from our warehouse located in Cincinnati, OH. Order processing can take up to 48 hours. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us to ensure that your order will be processed as soon as possible. The shipping method you choose at checkout does not expedite order fulfillment; it simply accounts for the time it will take to receive your package once the shipping carrier has the order in their possession. Please keep the processing time in mind if you need your order by a specific date. We do not process orders on holidays or weekends between 5:00 pm on Fridays and 8:00 am on Mondays.

International Shipping

Hosanna Revival is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We highly recommend using Priority Mail methods if you need your package to arrive in a time sensitive manner. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

Hand-Painted Product Order Processing

Provided you submit your design requests within one week of purchase, your semi-custom product will ship 8 days after purchase. Our estimated ship date for fully custom Bibles is 30 days from the purchase date. This time frame will not be exact, and may fluctuate due to the nature of custom design requests. The estimated ship date will be communicated as you work on designing your Bible.

Lost/Missing Packages

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:

a. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
b. Reach out to your local Post Office or UPS office
c. Contact our team at hello@hosannarevival.com and include your order number

We ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 5 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for the particular package.

Please note: Hosanna Revival is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Hand-Painted Product 12-Month Limited Warranty

Hosanna Revival offers a one year limited warranty to the custom, hand-crafted aspects of the product. If the hand-crafted aspects of the product begin to deteriorate with a year of its existence, Hosanna Revival will touch up the artwork one time for no additional cost.
