Warehouse Associate / Equipment Operator (Days, Mon to Fri)

$17 to $18/hr to start based on experience | Monday to Friday, daytime hours | No nights or weekends | Health benefits with full-time

Every Bible, journal, planner, and devotional we sell leaves our building through the warehouse. We’re looking for someone to own the flow of inventory: moving pallets, keeping the ship room stocked, and making sure what our system says matches what’s on the shelf. When warehouse work slows down, you’ll pack orders alongside our shipping team.

About Hosanna Revival

We’re a faith-based publisher that designs and sells Bibles, Bible studies, journals, and planners, both directly to customers and through retailers across the country. We’re a small team, so your work gets noticed. Every order is someone’s Bible or prayer journal, and getting it to them accurately and in great condition is how we serve them well.

What you’ll do:

  • Operate a pallet jack and stacker to move, stage, and store pallets, scanning each move into our warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Keep the ship room stocked by pulling, unwrapping, and placing pallets
  • Receive incoming freight, and stage, wrap, and secure outbound pallet orders for pickup
  • Run cycle counts so our inventory numbers stay accurate
  • Prepare shipping materials, including pallets, boxes, and wrap
  • Pack and ship customer orders with the shipping team during slower warehouse hours
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe


What we’re looking for:

Required:

  • Able to be on your feet most of the day and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused work like counting, labeling, and scanning
  • Reliable and on time for a consistent weekday schedule

 

Preferred:

  • Experience on a pallet jack, stacker, or forklift
  • Forklift (powered industrial truck) certification
  • Warehouse experience with receiving, inventory, or barcode scanning


No certification? No problem. We’ll train and certify you on our equipment.

Pay and benefits:

  • $17 to $18/hr to start based on experience
  • Shifts within 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Full-time or part-time
  • Health benefits available for full-time employees
  • Paid equipment training and certification
  • Room to grow into more warehouse responsibility as we scale
