Return Policy

Generally, our return policy states that any U.S. order undamaged and unopened can be returned and refunded if requested within 30 days of receipt (returns accepted for 45 days if purchased during holiday rush). Orders that have not yet shipped can be edited or canceled by clicking the appropriate links in your order confirmation email. All returns not protected by Returns Coverage purchased at checkout are subject to a 10% restocking fee!

If you received an incorrect item or damaged product please head to our Returns Portal and submit the form with a photo. From there, our team will contact you to make this right!

If your item didnโ€™t arrive after 4 weeks, please submit a claim in our portal!

Make sure to tape the sides of your package prior to returning the package to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition. If the package arrives empty we cannot issue a refund of the item'
