Sticky Pages, but Beautiful

I love the off-white pages, font, design, intentionality, lay-flat right away, all that! It is beautiful. One thing I found a little odd, for a $50 Bible, is that the gilded edges made every-other page stick together along the edge. It's taken me at least a half hour to get through to get the Old Testament separated. It's not bad, going through and appreciating the whole Bible. But it is hard to separate them quickly without accidentally creasing some pages. I'm just a bit surprised because I wouldn't expect that from a more expensive and higher quality Bible.

But all in all I am very glad I got it, and LOVE the NLT, especially for reading out loud. L

I just ordered my 1st Bible a few days ago and I picked the mystery one and I loved it! With the sale I had to purchase another one so I picked this one since it’s a compact and I can take it with me! I absolutely love it! It’s so much more beautiful in person!
