The words Coram Deo mean “in the presence of God”—this is where we all long to be! This intricate landscape was inspired by Coram, Montana, a tiny town nestled in the foothills of Glacier National Park. With rolling flower fields and a spacious sunset, this Bible reminds us of God’s captivating creation and beckons us to return to his presence. Our hope with every design we create is just that—to inspire you to run to the Father where you are deeply known and forever loved.

This hardcover landscape NLT Notetaking Bible would make the perfect heirloom gift for a friend or family member—or even a new believer, as the New Living Translation is easy to understand. With wide-lined margins, the interior is designed for journaling thoughts, prayers, and Scripture.

It’s smaller than what I thought for the price but it’s still beautiful and pages are thick enough that I can use a highlighter/pen without bleeding!

Regarding NLT

For Bible translations: I would probably choose between, (but whatever your preference is)

-KJV
-NKJV
-ESV

There’s a verse I just found within the NLT that is completely different than the other translations. The KJV, NKJV, & ESV are all articulating the same meaning while in the NLT it’s saying something completely different.

Here’s the verse:

KJV:
-Genesis 49:22
Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall:

NLT:
Genesis 49:22
"Joseph is the foal of a wild donkey, the foal of a wild donkey at a spring- one of the wild donkeys on the ridge.

(There’s of course a reason for this if you do some google searching. Personally I think it’s complicated and I am drawn more to ‘Joseph is a fruitful bough’)-

ANYWAYS,

Just something to think about. I found that sorta confusing. Since one is talking about a Joseph being like a tree, while the other is comparing him to an animal….
