My ma gifted me this Bible for my birthday last week because I am (hopefully) started at a ministry school in August and they require NLT.
This will be great for me because I don’t care for the notetaking spaces added in to certain Bibles, I love the traditional two columns per page, I wanted Jesus’s words in red (I also think it would be cool to have God’s words in read—like from the OT and when He speaks in NT), and I desperately wanted maps again. My compact esv Bible doesn’t have the last two listed, and it is tiny so this will be great for my studies!

This is my 4th compact bible from hosanna revival. I love the ones without gilding. The Helena bible is beautiful and pictures do not do it justice. The color is beautiful and it looks like the Marlo but only a mauve color. It also feels like Marlo. The color reminds me of an autumn shade. Very pleased with this bible. lol I am an addict at this point.

I love this Bible! I had a journaling Bible for many years and it was unfortunately getting very worn out. I was looking for a new Bible for the new phase of life I’m in, and am so glad I found this one! I love that there are no distractions from the text, that the translation reads so smoothly, and that it is travel-sized. It is so elegant and classic, and so beautifully designed from the color scheme to the texture. It also features my favorite flower :) I will cherish this for many years, thank you!

Love the color of this Bible and the feel of the soft cover when I'm holding it. It made the perfect gift for a new bride. Bible is small, but font is definitely readable still!
