This notebook is so creative and such a wonderful tool to use. The aspect of the journal I love most is at the very beginning and end when it has you describe yourself in a word. It is a beautiful way of reflection from starting the journal to seeing how you would view yourself at the end. The quality is amazing and I could not recommend it enough
